As you guys know, I have had a lower back problem that has stopped me from doing hardcore workouts for quite some time! I wasn’t able to lift heavy weights for quite a while (and am still unable). I also had to stop training for 2 months during the Summer.

Here are my latest measurements:

I AM WORKING OUT TO GET A NICE SHAPE, STRONG AND WELL FORMED NATURAL BODY!

Today ( 8.3.2012 ) I bought my first supplement! I want to be bigger and leaner then ever! As I start using the supplement from tomorrow, I’ll count the days until I finish it and will share my stats and progress after that. I’ll tell you how much mass I have gained on every muscle. At the moment I want to get more mass and then cut off the fat and get BIG & LEAN.

On the right is a picture of my first ever supplement.

1 or 2 weeks after my first supplement I had to stop working out :( I’ve gained some back problems during my “Fitness Passion”.
I can’t use heavy weights for some time… Anyway my Doctor told me to do a lot of stretches and soon I’ll be ok. I can keep doing some exercises, but with very low weights and trying not to use my back in them, because I can get more injured. I prefer to stop working out for a month and then come back with my full power! As soon as I am ok I’ll gain more mass and stay ripped. You will be amazed at my progress… Don’t forget that, I’ll keep uploading videos and pictures and any information here and on my fan page on Facebook. Even if I have gotta stop working out for some time, my muscles are still going to be rock hard!

I am not working out my abs often as I am bulking now so I am avoiding doing cardio and abs, but I am still doing some abs exercises… Well not often, but when I can :)

August 23rd – after a break of a month and a half (because of my back problem) I started working out again, but WITHOUT weights.
Soon I’ll be fully recovered and can start doing hardcore workouts with weights again. Can’t wait to get back in the gym.

MARCH 2014 – Gained pretty much just lean muscle (80 kg’s) at the moment. I Still have my lower back problem, but I’m being careful during my workouts. Thanks to you guys I’m achieving my goal in becoming a famous fitness model or even a personal trainer.
