AS YOU GUYS KNOW ,I HAVE LOWER BACK PROBLEM – THAT STOPPED ME TO MAKE MY ROCK HARD WORKOUTS FOR SOME TIME !
I WASN’T ABLE TO LIFT HEAVY WEIGHTS FOR LOT’S OF TIME (AND I AM STILL NOT ABLE) I ALSO HAD TO STOP TRAINING FOR 2 MONTHS DURING
THE SUMMER. ANYWAY WITH THAT STRECHED WORKOUTS I’VE GAINED SOME NEW MUSCLES AND HERE THEY ARE :

TRAINING
How to get ripped abs ? Very easy . I train them once or twice a week and not doing any kind of  a diffrent workout .

The other qeustion : How the f*ck did you made those pecs and you are only 15 ?
- I will answer soon ..I think to post my full workout routine (exercsies,reps,etc..) for sale (very cheap) !!

I AM WORKING OUT TO GET A NICE SHAPE
,STRONG AND WELL FORMED NATURAL BODY !

Today ( 8.3.2012 ) I bought my first supplement ! I want to be bigger and leaner then ever !
As I start using the supplement from tommorow ,i’ll count the days till it ends and i will share my stats and progress after that .
I’ll tell you how much mass I have gained on every muscle .
At the moment I want to get more mass and then cut off the fat  and get BIG & LEAN .
Here is a pic of my first supplement :

1 or 2 weeks after my first supplement I had to stop work out :( I’ve gained some back problems during my “Fitness Passion”.
I can’t use heavy weights for some time … Anyway my Doctor told me to do a lot of scretches and soon i’ll be ok .
I can keep doing some exercises ,but with very low weights and trying not to use my back in them ,becouse i can get
more injured . I preffer stop working out for a month and then come back with my full power !  As soon as I am okay
i’ll gain more mass and stay ripped . You will be amazed from my progress ..And don’t forget about it ,i’ll keep uploading
videos and pictures and any information here and on my Fan page on facebook . Even if i gotta stop working out for some
time ,my muscles are still there rock hard !

 

I am not working out my abs often . As i am gaining mass now i am avoiding doing cardio and working out abs
,but i am still doing some abs exercsies … well not often ,but when i can :)

August 23th – after a brake of month and a half (becouse of my back problem) i started working out again ,but WITHOUT weights .
Soon i’ll be fully recovered and keep doing again my hard workouts with weigts . Can’t wait to get in the gym .
